Welcome to Altius EDM. By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Service Description

Altius EDM provides a document management and form building platform with features including but not limited to dynamic form building, database structuring, OCR capabilities, electronic document management, and API integrations. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session

3. Subscription and Payments

Altius EDM offers various subscription plans with different pricing, features, and limitations:

• Essential Plan: Limited to 1 tenant and 5 employees per tenant
• Customized Plan: Up to 4 tenants and 20 employees per tenant
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited tenants and employees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Collect or harvest any information from other users without permission

5. Content and Data

You retain all rights to the content and data you upload, create, or store through our service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, and appropriateness of your content.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to ensure the service is available at all times, but we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

We may release updates, bug fixes, or new features to the service at our discretion.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and you may lose access to all content and data associated with your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PAPYRUS OR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
