Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. Follow the link in the email to create a new password.

Log in to your account and navigate to "Account Settings" > "Subscription". From there, you can view available plans and select the one that best suits your needs. Your new plan will take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any difference in cost.

Our OCR feature supports PDF, JPG, PNG, and TIFF file formats. For best results, we recommend using high-resolution scans (at least 300 DPI) with clear text.

Administrators can add new users by going to "Settings" > "User Management" > "Add User". Enter the user's details and assign appropriate permissions. The new user will receive an email invitation to join your organization.

Yes, you can export your data at any time. Go to "Settings" > "Data Management" > "Export". You can choose to export your data in various formats, including CSV, JSON, or PDF. After canceling your subscription, you'll have 30 days to export your data before it's permanently deleted.
